Katie will be guiding you through your journey at BRICTT, Implementing self-development as a resource to keep you on track and give you the strategies you will need to help you check in with yourself to keep you happy and fulfilled.
She will be working with students to build a foundation through daily habits of meditation and mindfulness alongside the guiding principle of Strategic Intervention which is a psychology aimed not only at solving problems, but strengthening and expanding a person’s capacity for happiness and for contributing to others.
