Emma Edwards

Head of Vocals / Singing Teacher

Emma has had and continues to have an extensive and varied career in musical theatre. Playing Madame Giry in the West End production of Phantom of the Opera and playing the lead role of Norma Desmond on the National Tour of Sunset Boulevard being just two of her many theatrical credits.

Emma has worked closely with The Brighton Fringe Festival and has shown her expertise and entrepreneurial spirit by founding “Broadway Babies” and “Seaside Productions” and set up “Chocolate Box Theatre” with our very own Nathan Potter. This experience combined with her ability to translate these skills in to an educational perspective means she has been a key member of the BRICTT faculty from day one. Music and vocals being her specialty means that she will be  heading up the Vocal Techniques module at BRICTT, giving students a vital insight and clear pathway to a successful career.
