FEATURING…

CJ Johnson

CJ is well known for her many roles in musical theatre and on TV.  She can currently be seen in the West End hit 42nd Street. Previous credits include, Little Shop of Horrors at The Royal Exchange, The Light Princess at The National Theatre and Cameron Mackintosh’s Oliver! UK tour, to name just a few. CJ is a top vocal coach in London working with both an elite stable from professional artists to absolute beginners. She is highly experienced in working with pop bands and professional performers.

 Mykal Rand

Mykal is well known for his leading roles in many West End productions and has now been working professionally in the West End and Internationally for over 20 years. He played the part of Collins in the original production of Rent. His directional and choreography credits include RentJesus Christ SuperstarEvitaStarlight ExpressHairSmokey Joe’s CaféFame, SupernaturalPurlieGreasePassionRelease the Beat and Golden Boy.

 Thomasina Unsworth

Thomasina has trained and worked extensively as an actor. She was a company member at The Royal National Theatre, and has worked for Max Stafford-Clark, the BBC, and numerous regional theatres. She has taught at a number of drama schools as a freelance tutor and director. Before joining BRICTT as our Course Leader, she was Senior Lecturer and Head of First Year at Rose Bruford College. She has an MA in Theatre Practice and has written two books – Becoming An Actor and Theatre Games for Actors – both of which are published by Nick Hern Books.
